Laura
Office Manager
Laura has been working with Dr. Winter since 2012 and has been in the dental field since 1989. She loves that everyone at Dr. Winter’s office shares the same goal – ensuring each patient has a positive and comfortable dental experience.
Laura has three grown children and two dogs. Outside the office, she is a devoted fan of the San Francisco Giants and the 49ers, and she enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
Niki
Front Office Coordinator
Niki has been a valued part of the dental field and our office since 2015. As our Front Office Coordinator, she is the first friendly face patients see when they walk through our doors. Niki is responsible for helping meet the scheduling needs of our patients and ensuring the front office runs smoothly.
When she’s not at work, Niki enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their son, Teagan. As a family, they love being outdoors – camping, riding dirt bikes, and spending time on their horses.
Hayley
Treatment Coordinator
Hayley has been in the dental field since 2004 and has been with Dr. Winter since 2012. She truly enjoys getting to know each patient, helping them feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.
She is grateful to be part of a team that shares her commitment to patient comfort and satisfaction. Outside the office, Hayley enjoys spending time with her husband and their two Boston terriers.
Lesly
Front Office Assistant
Lesly is the newest member of our team and has been part of the office since 2025. She works at the front desk, where she checks out patients, answers phones, and schedules appointments. Lesly enjoys getting to know our patients and appreciates being part of a welcoming and supportive team.
Outside of work, Lesly has two dogs who keep her on her toes. She loves spending time with her family, friends, and her dogs. In her free time, Lesly enjoys painting and going on adventures with her significant other.
Blanca
Registered Dental Assistant/Extended functions – RDAEF2
Blanca is a Registered Dental Assistant, EF2, whose license allows her not only to assist Dr. Winter but also to place permanent crowns and fillings. She has been in the field of dentistry since 1989 and has worked alongside Dr. Winter since his very first day in private practice in 2007. Blanca is dedicated to helping every patient feel welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for during their visit. As she says, “We want our patients to feel like they are part of our dental family.” Blanca is married and has two sons. In her free time, she and her family enjoy camping, riding quads, and spending time outdoors.
Claudia
Registered Dental Assistant
Claudia has been a dental assistant since 1997 and has worked with Dr. Winter since 2010. She is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels like part of the dental family while receiving the highest quality care. Claudia loves assisting Dr. Winter with all dental treatments and especially enjoys working with our younger patients.
Claudia and her husband, Rodney, have two children and one grandson, Jax. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and going for long walks whenever she can.
Danae
Registered Dental Assistant
Danae has been in the dental field since 2016 and became part of our dental family in 2024. She is currently in school completing her Registered Dental Assistant Extended Functions (RDAEF2) training. Once completed, she will be able to place permanent crowns and fillings.
When Danae is not at work or school, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Toby. She also enjoys going to concerts whenever she can.
Jacky
Registered Dental Assistant
Jacky has been a Dental Assistant since 2021 and joined Dr. Winter’s office in 2024. She enjoys the teamwork and camaraderie among her coworkers and loves interacting with patients and getting to know them. Jacky is also bilingual, which allows her to better connect with and support a diverse patient community. Outside of work, Jacky enjoys watching movies, dancing, and staying active.
Rachel
Registered Dental Hygienist
Rachel has been a hygienist at Dr. Winter’s office since 2010. In addition to helping patients maintain their oral health, she truly enjoys getting to know each person she treats and considers her patients like friends and family.
Rachel is married and has two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her granddaughters, going to the gym, and staying active.
Heather
Registered Dental Hygienist
In 2012 Heather joined our office family and has been helping patients smile brighter ever since! Her favorite part of being a hygienist is getting to know her patients and building lasting relationships while helping them feel confident about their smiles. Outside the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. She loves being with family and friends and making the most of their time together.
Courtney
Registered Dental Hygienist
Courtney has been a part of our office since 2017. Her decision to join the dental field was influenced by her mother, who is also a hygienist. One of Courtney’s favorite parts of her job is getting to know her patients and building strong relationships, so they feel more like family. As a member of Dr. Winter’s team, she enjoys working together to help patients feel comfortable while always putting their best interests first. When she is not cleaning teeth, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
Kayla
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kayla has been a hygienist with Dr. Winter since 2022. She has been part of our dental family since childhood, first as a patient and now as a hygienist, and truly feels that our office is her second family. Kayla enjoys connecting with patients, building lasting relationships, and educating them on the importance of good oral hygiene.
Outside of work, Kayla loves spending time with her husband and three daughters. As a family, they enjoy vacationing near the beach and making memories at Disneyland.
Jordyn
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jordyn joined our office in 2025 and can be found here on Mondays, helping patients achieve a healthy, happy smile. She loves giving patients the confidence that comes with a clean, healthy smile and believes that great oral health can truly boost overall confidence. Jordyn feels that working at Dr. Winter’s office is more than just a job, it’s a family she feels lucky to be a part of.
Outside of the office, Jordyn is married to her high school sweetheart. Together, they enjoy the quiet country life, tending to their chickens and spending quality time together as they grow their little family. They also love cheering on the Texas A&M Aggies and planning their next adventure.
